Due to the nature of our custom products, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges or warranties. Each custom is meticulously hand-painted to achieve one-of-a-kind design. The time it takes to paint varies on details and difficulty. Therefore, it would not be fair for us to issue a refund after completing the service. This is an artwork purchase NOT a product/merch purchase. Normal wear and tear will apply to the most vulnerable or used area of each item. BantigueARTS LLC is NOT affiliated with any of the brands mentioned or shown above. We are not a belt manufacturer nor distributor. The belt options above are the brands we can order for you and we pay for them full price. Upon submitting this form, we will review your request and send you an invoice regarding your order.
